Once more about business: Be creative

Invent and make reality of Invention. To the development of innovative products walk up creatively. Develop in yourself such qualities, as ingenuity and creativeness - possibility to think and behave creatively and structurally.

Take advantage of new strategies for creation of new modern products. At first find the field for innovations. Then cast aside that is not interesting to you with the professional point of vue. And, actually, create an innovative product.

Innovative growth of business will be ended quickly, if you will use the old strategies.

Creativeness is always inherent to the leader.

Creativeness is always motivated.

Do not invent those things, which will not have demand (Thomas Edison).

Connect the stages of creation and embodiment.

Only those ideas inverted a world more frequent than other, the authors of which combined within itself the talent of businessman, inventor and prophet of innovations which must be loved by all surrounding.

You will not become the father of neither telephone, neither telegraph, neither radio nor bulb. But you have a chance to change the life on the best.

Take advantage of the chance, as it was done by your predecessors. Create and patent the inventions.

No plan, only a new combination can bring you the millions. For success there is enough of one deep idea.

But do not go too far! It is possible to patent any technological opening, but not whole industry.

 

Derive benefit and income from innovations. Not develop innovations only, but earn money on them. Werner von Siemens came to the inventions from banal financial pressures, when he was obliged to get facilities for existence.

The idea of the first invention came to him in a guardhouse, where he was allowed to execute galvanic experiments from galvanic coverage of metallic objects by gold and silver.

In the life always there is a place for creativeness.

Today it became almost an axiom: Marketing and innovations earn money. The others - expenses (Peter Drouker).

 

Do not copy. The best position - to be the first in a new category of products.

In literature and cinematography there are no more than 40 topics. All others are their successful copies.

Copying is possible only within the framework of settled.

Successful innovative ideas, in particular, can be found outside of basic business of company.

 

Save good sense in creativeness. Good sense is the correlation of possible and impossible.

The vain attempts of creation of perpetual motor (perpetuum mobile) or plans of growing of cabbage on Mars testify in behalf of good sense.

But a plenty of genius openings that inverted a world and our idea about him are the arguments against good sense.

Good sense is the set of the superstitions acquired in young age (Albert Einstein). Curiosity is always necessary.

Even, being well-informed with world experience, a leader considers necessary all understand anew, in defiance of good sense and authorities, as all situations are unique.

To punish me for scorn to authorities, a fate has done me authoritative myself. (Albert Einstein).

We all can think, how Einstein, it’s necessary only to learn to break rules, in defiance of good sense and authorities, as Einstein.

 

Convert the creativeness and business into the game. An ardour allows throwing off the mask from a man. He is the powerful factor of self-control and stimulus of birth of innovations.

Natural instinct of self-preservation lies in the basis of ardour. To know, who is stronger, competition is used in the form of games of chance.

Some presidents of chess schools hold prestige positions in the departments of planning of large corporations.

Business is the chess game for well-educated people.

Bill Gates for computer-men - as Edison for physicists. In the age of 31 he became the father of computer technologies. In the age of 40 - he became the richest American. He managed to survive in industry, where traditions and history are almost absent.

Bill Gates exploded the myth about those that the best ideas are given the birth in philosophical and academic surroundings.

He can be loved or hated, but it is impossible to ignore him. He is able to convert the most intricate problems into the game. 

Even, through 20 years in business I still consider my work the better in world. Many people dream about work that would help to change a world on the best. I have such happiness. If I have to choose between work and richness, I will choose work (Bill Gates).

 

Develop the economy of knowledges. In the third millennium the ideas of the ХХ century are not competitive.

Modern physicists-lyrics banter: If you want to check, whether the business is modern, it is necessary using a simple test: drop down your competitive edge onto your leg.

Those products that had demand yesterday, required a little of knowledges, but a lot of iron. Those products that will have demand tomorrow will require not enough iron, but a lot of knowledges.

Weight of export dollar from 1970th went down twice.  During 1960-2002 America - leader of the investments in high-tech grew into the superstate. 75-100% of growth of its production is received with the innovative technologies. A number of working places in traditional industries was decreased in twice, in that time in new industries the number of working places was increased three times. Further anymore.

The state passed the rights on the patents to the developers. It allowed forming a chainlet: now-how - investments - product - market.

Take into account the decline of role of material assets and a growth of role of immaterial assets (auction signs, patents, now-how).

The more now-how is in products - the more its cost.

As a guarantee use the patents. Even, if they are not related directly with the direction of the works. They are intensively buying by companies that examine the purchase, as the form of investing into securities.

Of money always more than of good ideas.

Develop four priority directions of economy of future - biotechnology, nanotechnology, new materials and information technologies - all directions present the industries with a wide consumer base.

Key principle of innovative business - to invest into developments that are directed onto the most part of users. 

Look for innovation in your industry. Even, one innovation missed out can destroy business.

 

Arguments against creativeness. Correlation of tedious work and creativeness is 90% to 10%.

Business is following after traditional technologies. Creativeness is a way to the decline of sales. Every modernization hinders of efficiency.
